Current Project:
Children’s Cancer Ward – Lefkosa
The major CiNF project for 2012 will be the provision of rest & respite facilities at the soon to be enlarged children’s cancer ward at Lefkosa Hospital, which we are progressing in conjunction with the Kemal Saracoglu Foundation.
In addition, in conjunction with our recently announced major supporter, the Near East Bank, we intend sourcing and providing a 15 seater Mini-Bus for the Special Needs School in Lefkosa as part of our ongoing support and work with this specialist facility that works with some of the most vulnerable members of our community. The Mini-Bus will provide these children with the opportunity to get out to the Beaches and Mountains to paint etc, in addition to assisting them to develop life skills shopping and handling money.
MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT
CiNF are very proud to announce that Near East Bank have agreed to support our activities for 2012 with a donation of £10,000. The Near East Bank will add additional value by already agreeing to work with us in providing equipment and sourcing a Mini-Bus for the Special Needs School in Lefkosa.
